These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the carzytime website (https://carzytime.ws) and its associated mobile applications and services. By accessing carzytime or creating an account, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all of these terms.

The following rules apply when placing bets on carzytime:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may use carzytime's cash out feature where available for that market.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the corresponding bet will be voided and a full refund will be issued.
• If abnormal odds are displayed due to a technical error or data fault, carzytime reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• In live betting, odds change as the score and match situation evolve. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds at that moment are final.
• The minimum bet amount is ৳10; the maximum varies by market.
• Placing bets on the same outcome from multiple accounts on the same match is strictly prohibited.

Any disputes regarding match results must be raised with carzytime within 48 hours of the match ending. Help Center Disputes submitted after this period may not be considered.

All financial transactions on carzytime are governed by the following terms:

• All deposits and withdrawals must be made using a mobile number registered in your own name.
• Before submitting a withdrawal request, your account must have a sufficient balance and all applicable bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled.
• In cases of suspected fraud or suspicious transactions, carzytime reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals until the investigation is complete.

Carzytime offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. The following terms apply to their use:

• Welcome Bonus Available to new members only and can be claimed once.
• Each bonus has its Wagering Requirement Different. Please read the specific terms of each offer before claiming a bonus.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing winnings earned from bonus funds.
• Bonus abuse through multiple accounts, VPN usage, or the same device is strictly prohibited.
• Carzytime reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.
• Bonuses will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on carzytime:

• Betting using match-fixing or insider information.
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Bonus abuse or system manipulation.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful purpose.
• Betting using automated bots or scripts.
• Registering with a false identity or using someone else's information.
• Any unauthorized attempt to access carzytime's servers or systems.
• Attempting to harass or defraud other users.

• Your registration details, transaction records, and betting history are kept strictly confidential.
• Carzytime will never ask for your password or OTP.
• All data is kept secure through SSL encryption.
• Your information is never sold or shared with third parties.
• Information is not shared with authorities unless legally required.

Carzytime may temporarily or permanently suspend accounts under the following circumstances:

• Involvement in prohibited activities.
• Refusing KYC verification or submitting fraudulent documents.
• Evidence of operating multiple accounts.
• Extended inactivity (12 months).
• At the user's own request.
• Upon a self-exclusion request under the Responsible Betting policy.

Carzytime will generally notify users via email or SMS before closing an account; however, immediate action may be taken without prior notice in cases of serious violations. If an account is closed without cause, the balance will be refunded.
